Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Industrial-Servo-Hydraulics 131A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Johnson-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Invertek parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Isoflux product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Johnson-Controls such as the 3618352 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ODE32400583F42 manufactured by Invertek and we are pleased to be able to service most Invertek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6411309419 by Manufacturer Isoflux as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Innerlogic Brand rsvp in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Jr-Manufacturing such as 700PPARRA equipment made by Jr-Manufacturing have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XLV5C5A2 by Jemtec and 700PPARRA spares by Jr-Manufacturing are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
